  • Certain products such as customized or clearance items may be exempt from refunds, so please check product descriptions for specifics.
     

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original, unused condition. We cannot process refunds for items that are damaged, altered, or used.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
